What is the Canada Immigration Points System?

Employment Offer in Canada: –

An individual who already has an offer from a Canadian Employee can gain a maximum of 10 points. In order to get points under this category the job offer has to meet certain conditions:
– The job offer should be a full-time permanent job.
– The applicant’s job should be listed under the Skill Type O or Skill Level A or B under the National Occupation Classification (NOC).

Adaptability Factor: –

If the individual has a spouse or a common law-partner and if they are willing to migrate along with the primary applicant, points for adaptability will also be considered. A maximum of 10 points can be gained under this category. Below listed factors will be taken into consideration:
– Language level of the applicant’s spouse.
– Either the applicant or his/her spouse has past study experience in Canada.
– The applicant having at least one year of full-time work experience in Canada.
